It provides public and corporate training and consultancy in the areas of Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Creatvity andInnovaton. CIEL SBM is also actve in helping the company research and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) in the three areas above.

CIEL SBM ITB also has been active in educational entrepreneurship and leadership, assistance for small and medium businesses, as well as providing access to capital for potential new entrepreneurs. In recent years, CIEL SBM ITB is involved in various community developments together with the relevant partners. Leadership development programs in a variety of large and medium-sized enterprises, government agencies and communities is a regular activity performed by CIEL SBM ITB either in Bandung, Jakarta, and several other big cities in Indonesia.
