Donald Lantu is faculty member at the School of Business and Management, Institut Teknologi Bandung who earned Ph.D. from Massey University (New Zealand) in the field of Servant Leadership. He received his Master of Business Administration (2004) and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering (2000) from the Institut Teknologi Bandung. Donald is in People Management and Enterpreneurship Interest Group. Prior to joining SBM ITB, Donald has experience as a practitioner, both in national and multinational companies.
Donald Lantu active as a consultant in the field of Leadership and Human Capital Management, Small Business Management, Strategic & Change Management for several companies and government agencies such as PTPN 4, Angkasa Pura II, Blue Bird Group, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Agriculture, ITB, PT Telkom Indonesia, Bappenas, TNT International, and others.
He also has been a speaker at various places and instructor training in leadership, particularly the Servant Leadership in various companies/organizations (Telkom Indonesia, Blue Bird, Ciputra, Sushi Tei, Chevron, Freeport, Asmin Bara Baronang, and other so on).
Various popular posts in the national media (Bisnis Indonesia, Media Indonesia, Suara Pembaruan, Pikiran Rakyat) , scientific media in national journals (MBA ITB -Business Review, MBA ITB- Journal of Management Technology) and international conference proceedings have been issued. Donald together with Erich Pesiwarissa and Augusman Rumahorbo, in 2007, also has written a book entitled “Servant Leadership : The Ultimate Calling to Fulfill your Life’s Greatness”, and “Knowledge Management” written with Prof . Jann Hidajat Tjakraatmadja .
Yulianto Suharto is a PhD candidate at the Department of Engineering and Technology Management, Portland State University. He has a MS in Engineering and Technology Management from Portland State University, Oregon-USA in 2011 and MBA from Institute of Technology, Bandung-Indonesia in 2007. He obtained his bachelor’s and professional degree in Pharmacy from Institute of Technology, Bandung-Indonesia in 2001.
He also received a graduate certificate in New Product Development from the same department he is currently studying. His research interests include social media, network analysis, scenario analysis, new product development; technology entrepreneurship; Technology road mapping; technology assessment and acquisition; technology policy; technology transfer; technology forecasting; and other technology management fields.
Dr. Henndy Ginting is a licensed psychologist who graduated from Department of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the Faculty of Psychology, Padjadjaran University (Unpad), Bandung, Indonesia. He earned his master degree in developmental psychology also from Unpad. He finished his doctorate degree from Behavioural Science Institute, Radboud University, Nijmegen, the Netherlands.
Dr. Ginting has published research articles in prestigious international journals and presented his research findings in many international conferences. He has developed an interest in personality theories and psychological measures since he was assigned as a lecturer in the faculty of psychology, Maranatha Christian University, Bandung.
He has experienced for 19 years using and teaching various psycho-diagnostic methods, such as projective techniques (i.e., drawing, graphology), objective techniques (i.e., MBTI, EAS), and behavioural techniques (i.e., assessment center, DiSC).
Dr. Ginting is certified on DiSC from IML and Assessment Center Assessor, and has been using those skills to help people and organizations improving their own effectiveness. He has developed and adapted various psychological measures and Assessment Center?s simulations and exercises.
Yorga received a bachelor degree in Engineering Management ITB in 2014 and completed a master degree in Innovation Sciences TU Eindhoven The Netherlands in 2017. He has an enthusiasm for social activism and community development project. Yorga is interested in conducting the research in the fields of economics of innovation and people management. He is currently a member of People and Knowledge Management interest group at SBM ITB and Center for Innovation Entrepreneurship and Leadership (CIEL).

Dr. Sudarso Kaderi Wiryono is Professor of Risk Management at Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Indonesia. He obtained Doctoral degree and Master Degree all from l’Institut d’Administration des Entreprises (I A E) d’Aix en Provence, Universite d’Aix Marseille III, France. He also earned a first degree in Industrial Engineering from ITB. As an expert in risk mana management, He is an active member of Risk Management Certification Board in Indonesia. Recently, he is involved in research collaboration with local government to create road map and grand design development of new entrepreneur in West Java
His research interests include Financial Management, Islamic Banking and Financial System, Corporate Risk Management, and Business Risk and Venture Capital. At SBM ITB, He had conducted research in area of in business risk and finance which had published several research papers on finance, risk management and sharia finance and banking. In addition, he has pr presented his work at national and international conferences
Professor Utomo received his B.Eng. from Department of Industrial Engineering, Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1992, and in 1995, he graduated from Master Program in Decision Science from Tokyo Institute of Technology, and then Doctoral Program also in Decision Science, Department of Value and Decision Science, Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan in 2001. Pr Prof. Utomo published his academic works in several international journals, such as IEEE Transaction on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics, and Systems Analysis Modeling Simulation, Systems Research and Behavioral Science, and Procedia Social and Behavioral Science, and as chapters in Springer Books.
He presented several papers at various international conferences in Japan, Singapore, China, and Vietnam, such as IEEE Transaction on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics and Asia Pacific Conference on Operation Research Society. Consultation and training had been done for state and private companies and governments, i.e; negotiation, systems modelling for polic policy development, agent based modeling, strategic decision making, systems modeling, and decision science. His research interests include systems modelling in policy development, systems thinking, systems approach in decision making, negotiation, service sciences, and agent based modeling. Dr. Aurik Gustomo completed his doctoral program in Doctoral Program of Business Management, Bogor Agricultural University (2011), earned his Master Degree in Engineering Program in Industrial Engineering and Management, Bandung Institute of Technology (1999), and Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology (1996). He became a lectu He became a lecturer at the Department of Industrial Engineering ITB in 1996 and then in 2003 joined as a lecturer as well as being one of the founding committees School of Business and Management-ITB.
Currently concerned is the Chairman of the Sub-Group of Persons and Knowledge Management, SBM-ITB. Priyantono Rudito, M.Bus., PH.D has been a Director of Human Capital Management (HCM) since May 11, 2012. He has served as a VP Corporate Strategic Planning (2011-2012) and VP Marketing & Consumer Care (2007-2011). He earned a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (1991) and a Master of Business degree in Marketing (1997) and a Doctorate degree in Management (2011) from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia.
Innovation Expert, Entrepreneurship and Small Business graduated from Oregon State University, USA in 2004 and Master at the same university in 1998, completed his bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology in 1989.
Research areas of interest include new product development, innovation, entrepreneurship, and small business development. In SBM ITB, Dwi is incorporated in the Expertise Sub-Group (Sub-KK) of Entrepreneurship and Technology Management. In this Sub KK, Dwi became the initiator and conception of entrepreneurship program (e-track) which is now run in S1 and MBA programs.
Since 2006, Dwi larso has been director of the Center for Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership (CIEL). Dwi is the initiator and chairman of Indonesia International Conference on Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Small Business (iiCieS). Currently, Dwi Larso is actively involved in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) of West Java as Chairman of Institute for Assessment, Research and Economic Development (LP3E).
